We did not camp at Enchanted Rock. They don't have a lot of sites and are commonly filled up Friday and Saturday.
The park is nice, but small. The website says it only allows tent camping, but there were a lot of small RVs at the park probably just there for the day.
The draw of E-rock is the hike up the rock. It is a flat dome that is fairly difficult to climb, not because of the strenuous hike, but the lack of traction in many parts of the climb.
It has a great view from the top and is supposed to have energy vortexes all around. I found meditating at the peak was amazing. The rock holds in a lot of heat. You will want to bring lots of water as the temperature will be higher on the rock.
They also had a snow cone vendor there they we took advantage of.
Great park, but might be a bit small for more than 1 night and a day of hiking.
